Registration cancellation
before 15 September 2026:
The Organizers will withhold the amount of 50 Euro (VAT included) for physicians members & non-members from the registration fee and 30 Euro (VAT included) for residents members & non-members from the registration fee and, with the exception of students, for whom no penalty will be applied.
Registration cancellation starting with 16 September 2026:
There will be no refunding of the registration fees.
Registration fee refunds
The amount corresponding to the cancelled registration fees (according to the cancellation policies mentioned above) will be reimbursed by the Organizers in maximum 60 (sixty) days after the event has ended.
Terms & conditions
The cancellation and refund conditions above are valid only for individual registrations.
For group registrations requested by partner companies / travel agencies, the general terms and conditions of cancellation / refunds are specified in the promoting services offer, as well as in the services contract, documents provided by the PCO - Ralcom Exhibitions srl.
